• Monitor and control the CMP processes to ensure they meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform process validation and qualification to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the CMP processes.
• Conduct process audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on CMP processes and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CMP process engineering in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing CMP processes.
• Strong knowledge of CMP equipment, processes, and materials.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software tools such as SEMATECH CMP, KLA-Tencor, or equivalent.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
