📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell our products and services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Manage sales leads and track customer interactions using CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and market analysis to the management team.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to showcase our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
