Diamond Sun Jaya is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. As an Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing financial support to the management team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits,Monitor and reconcile bank and credit card transactions,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations,Provide financial support to the management team and assist in budgeting and forecasting,Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and documents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax regulations,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
