📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
