Agung Umar Bakery is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Recruiter to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our recruitment efforts and helping us find the best talent for our growing company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for job interviews.,Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with relevant candidate information.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating with the HR team.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ATS software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
