📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings.,Support the recruitment team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with recruitment best practices and processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
