📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.,Conduct store visits and inventory checks to ensure product availability and quality.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions.,Provide training and support to junior sales staff.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Assist in the organization and execution of retail events and exhibitions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer data.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail sales software and systems is a plus.,Good understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to travel and work in different retail locations.
