📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and monitor the batching plant to ensure the production of high-quality concrete and steel materials.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the batching plant equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the batching plant to adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and control the mixing process to ensure the correct proportions of cement, water, and aggregates.
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs for quality control purposes.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the batching plant operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Batching Plant Operator in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of batching plant operations, including mixing, transporting, and placing concrete and steel materials.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery.
