Duta Budi Tea is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to join our team in Gunung Kidul. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our tea business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Manage and develop the sales team to achieve targets and goals.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in sales and business development.,Strong understanding of the tea industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
