📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Acquire and develop high-value SME clients through targeted outreach and relationship building.
• Analyze market trends and develop strategies to drive SME loan growth.
• Create and present tailored financial solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with banking partners to ensure seamless integration and superior service delivery.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business development strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the business banking division.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of acquiring and developing high-value clients.
• Strong understanding of SME financing and business banking products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
