Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all projects and tasks are completed on time and within budget.Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement company-wide strategies.Monitor and analyze departmental performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Maintain open and effective communication channels with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as required.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in construction management, business administration, or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with a focus on quality and efficiency.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and insights.Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as project management software, CAD, and other industry-standard applications.Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.🛠️ Keahlian
