As a Deputy Barista/Cashier, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, handling cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation and coffee equipment.,Assist the barista in inventory management and restocking supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the café.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a café or similar environment.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of coffee equipment and supplies.
