📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.,Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.,Oversee the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.,Monitor and report on business performance and KPIs.,Lead and mentor junior business development staff.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
