PT Anggrek Emas is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Create and deliver engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and align programs with business objectives,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Evaluate and select training providers and vendors to ensure quality and value for money,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and ROI

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Fluency in Indonesian and English
