📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design tailored learning solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees to facilitate their professional growth.,Manage the learning and development budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs in a hybrid or remote work environment.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
