📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage in-store sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.,Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
