📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the banquet team and ensure they are well-trained and motivated.
  • Coordinate and plan banquet events from start to finish.
  • Ensure high standards of service and quality are maintained.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure they are adhered to.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Supervise the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Provide regular reports on event performance and customer feedback.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet services.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with event planning software is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
