CV Emas Teratai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and maintaining the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Overseeing the work of junior bookkeepers and ensuring they are trained and performing their duties effectively.,Ensuring timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.,Conducting regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other financial accounts.,Preparing and submitting tax returns and other regulatory filings as required.,Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial projections.,Providing financial information and analysis to support business decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
