📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of QC staff to maintain high levels of performance and productivity.,Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control documentation and records.,Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in quality control and patient safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or a similar discipline).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control or similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO, Joint Commission International, or similar).,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of QC staff.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with healthcare software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
