📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish,Source and attract top talent through various channels,Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business needs,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics,Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus
