📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.,Collaborate with the company's management team to achieve operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management.,Familiarity with marketing and customer relations strategies.
