🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior in the Kudus, Jawa Tengah area.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
