🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or management field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to operational challenges.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, project management software, and data analysis tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
