Makmur Tono Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of our products to various locations. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia. We are seeking a professional who is detail-oriented, reliable, and has excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to various locations.,Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and distribution activities.,Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to optimize distribution routes.,Monitor and report on distribution performance and efficiency.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to distribution.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to distribution and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong understanding of distribution and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with transportation and logistics software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.
