📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, ensuring high quality and accuracy.,Manage and supervise the work of junior staff members, providing guidance and training as needed.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.,Stay up-to-date with menu items, specials, and promotions, and communicate this information to guests.,Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Participate in inventory management and restocking of supplies as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the F&B service industry, preferably in a high-end or upscale restaurant setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Good knowledge of Indonesian and English languages, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic setting.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems and other relevant software.,Flexible and reliable, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia, if applicable.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20kg.
