New Armada Group is looking for a Spare Parts Department Head to oversee and manage the spare parts department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, procurement, and customer service. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of spare parts,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability,Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Monitor and report on department performance and KPIs,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance,Identify and implement cost-saving measures,Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in spare parts management or procurement,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with logistics and transportation processes,Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management systems is a plus
