📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management systems.
