Finance & Accounting Officer - Retail & Commercial Operations

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial operations of retail and commercial spaces, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, such as revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Provide financial support to the retail and commercial operations teams, including lease negotiations, tenant accounting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the retail or commercial sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in using SAP, QuickBooks, and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
