📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of 10-15 professionals responsible for returns operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize returns processes, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze returns data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Implement and maintain returns management software, such as Shopify Returns or similar platforms.
• Conduct regular training and development programs for the returns team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing returns operations in e-commerce or retail.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams of 10-15 professionals.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
• Certification in returns management or related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using returns management software, such as Shopify Returns or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
