📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead IT strategy and operations, ensuring seamless digital transformation.
- Manage and optimize ERP/Microsoft 365 systems, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee cybersecurity measures, protecting our systems and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions.

- Provide IT support and training to employees.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on ERP/Microsoft 365.
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus.
- Proven experience in leading IT projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality and tourism industry is a bonus.
