📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct site surveys and assess customer needs to provide tailored HVAC solutions.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure product compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on Midea HVAC products and systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
• Participate in business development activities, including market research and strategic planning.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience in technical sales and business development within the HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pumps.
• Proficiency in using technical software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to travel extensively for site visits and meetings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
