As a Lithium Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire lithium resource lifecycle, from exploration and development to production and sales. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including geologists, engineers, and environmental scientists, to ensure the efficient and sustainable extraction of lithium resources. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the strategic development and management of lithium resources.
- Conduct feasibility studies and resource assessments.
- Develop and implement extraction and processing plans.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
- Manage environmental compliance and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure permits and licenses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in resource management, particularly in the lithium industry.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainable practices.
- Proficiency in using GIS and other resource management software, such as Surpac and Vulcan.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in environmental management or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
