📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our clients' IT infrastructures through robust policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable IT solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of IT governance frameworks.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, with a strong background in strategic IT leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully leading IT projects and delivering results.
• Certifications in IT governance, risk management, and compliance (e.g., CISM, CGEIT, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or other IT governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a rapidly growing region, preferably in Indonesia.
