📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a seamless stay experience.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing special events and activities for guests.
- Promote the hotel’s amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and find appropriate solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of guest service.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations or hospitality industry.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and guest service software.
- Familiarity with local customs and culture in Bali.
